If your iPhone 12 Pro mute switch is stuck, loose, damaged, or no longer changes the phone between ring and silent modes, I can replace the mute-switch flex assembly and test its operation.

New adhesive helps protect the phone, but the original factory water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed after repair. I personally perform each repair at iPlayPower in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are welcome.
